The International Dance Music Awards have announced the category winners at the 27th annual winter music conference in Miami. Some of the usual suspects are there like Skrillex, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii and Guetta but the product categories had the biggest surprises with Pioneer taking out a swag of awards including best mixer, best CD player, best headphones and best manufacturer. Possibly the biggest surprise however is the DDJT1 taking out best new product of the year ahead of Natïve Instruments’ TraktorS4.
